KUNDUZ, Afghanistan, April 24 (Xinhua) -- Three militants including a key commander Mullah Elham lost their lives in a bomb blast that rocked a Taliban center in Imam Sahib district of the northern Kunduz province on Tuesday, said a villager on the condition of anonymity.
