BRUSSELS, May 24 (Xinhua) -- The Eurogroup discussion on Greece bailout program is positive, and an agreement should be reached on June 21 to ensure a successful conclusion to the program this August, European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, Taxation and Customs Pierre Moscovici said Thursday.
