Villagers weigh freshly-picked long beans for making river snail rice noodle in Yufeng District of Liuzhou, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, July 9, 2019. River snail rice noodle is an iconic speciality of Liuzhou. As pickled green bean is an indispensable ingredient of the rice noodle, Yufeng District of Liuzhou has encouraged long bean industry development as a way to improve local people's income. Four economically-insufficient villages and more than 900 poverty-stricken households are accordingly expected to shake off poverty by being engaged in long bean-related industries.
