Under a poverty alleviation cooperation framework between Rongshui County of Guangxi and Lianjiang City of south China's Guangdong Province in 2017, Lianjiang City, with its advantages in fund and technology, has provided full support for Rongshui County through conducting poverty relief projects and industrial and labor cooperation in sectors concerning eduction, medical care, employment and tourism.
