BRATISLAVA, Sept. 20 (Xinhua) -- Chinese fashion designer Wu Meixuan has been invited to present her creation on the last day of Bratislava Modern Days 2019.

Bratislava Modern Days 2019 is one of the most important Slovak top fashion activities. This four-day annual fashion gala is also regarded as Slovak fashion week.

This year it used the last day, Sept.19, to present fashion designs with Chinese elements, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Slovakia.

Wu became the first Chinese designer to show up at Bratislava Modern Days. She presented two collections of her own brand Meixuan Wu. The show won applause.

In her opening remarks, Wu introduces her ideas about fashion design and inspirations. She said her works are designed to show the depth of ambition, glamour and confidence while being authentic.
